Instr. Gülay Akın from the School of Foreign Languages, Department of Foreign Languages, was deemed worthy of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Social Sciences Institute Doctoral Thesis Award for her thesis titled "Ethnolinguistic Vitality of the Hemshin Language" prepared under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Sağın Şimşek from the Department of Foreign Languages Education, Middle East Technical University.
